Following the Government announcement this evening we are now closing the clubhouse bar area with immediate effect.

The Gents Winter Open is ON

In order to run the event we are strictly enforcing the following conditions -:

The will be marshalling in the car park. 

Please arrive no sooner than 20  mins prior to your allotted tee time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Groups will escorted to the club to register / pay entry fee. 

Groups to move immediately to the first tee and tee off promptly.

The practice putting green will be off limits .

We would encourage everyone to change in the car park wherever possible. 

Access to the locker room – :

Members access is to collect equipment/clothing only.  No congregating in locker room.

To prevent any future need to access the lockers we are requesting all members to take their equipment home with them.  

 

NO REFRESHMENTS WILL BE ON SALE FROM THE SHOP TOMORROW 

ENTRY AND EXIT TO THE CLUBHOUSE IS RESTRICTED TO THE MALE AND FEMALE LOCKER ROOM DOORS ONLY. 

 

Please understand the reasons we have implemented these measures is purely to provide everyone the opportunity to keep playing for as long as we can and to ensure the safest environment we can. We would urge you all to work with us during this difficult period. 

 

Further updates will follow regarding future measures for club competitions.
