The Houghton-Le-Spring Golf Club Ltd. Annual General Meeting 2019.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse on Monday 9th December 2019 @ 7pm. 

  • The last day for motions to be submitted will be Monday 18th November 2019 @ 7pm.

 

  • Below is the list of posts for nominations  to be lodged with the Secretary 7pm on Monday 25th November 2019 -:

*The Secretary and Chairman have informed Committee that they do not wish to seek re-election  at the AGM.

 

Proxy voting forms can be obtained from the Secretary and should be returned to him no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
