Graeme Storm Academy to open at HLSGC
The club Committee are delighted to announce to all members that following several constructive meetings an agreement has been reached with European Tour Professional Graeme Storm to expand and establish his golfing academy at Houghton le Spring Golf Club. Graeme and PGA Professional Mark Robson will be bringing their significant experience, and coaching skills, while advising and supporting the club in promoting and developing the game at all levels at Houghton Golf Club. The academy will offer all our members the opportunity to receive professional coaching of the very highest standard.
The partnership will be officially launched on 12th April 2021.
Club chairman John Walvin said “This is fantastic news for Houghton Golf Club. We welcome Graeme, his wife Sara and Mark to the Houghton Golf Club family. The Graeme Storm Academy will give all our members and the wider golfing community access to top professional coaching as well as many other added benefits. We at the club see this partnership as the next step in growing the game here, particularly within our Junior ranks, while enhancing the total golfing experience at Houghton Golf Club for all our member
