Please note most members will already have a BRS account even if it’s never been used or you may have  lost your password. Generally, if you were a member at the time the club introduced you should have an account.  If this applies please email your membership number, a preferred password and  your membership category  ( ie full , 5 day etc) to the competition team (email address below).

For any issues or advice regarding the use of BRS or bookings  please email  .

Facebook messages via the club messaging facility  can’t be guaranteed to be answered promptly and should be avoided.

Visitors may book  via BRS or telephone during shop opening hours.  Do not attend without a pre booked tee time. No visitors tee times will be available prior to 10am .

The use of BRS is preferred so as to reduce  payments on arrival. Please use contactless card payments wherever possible when paying in the shop.

Ensure you retain proof of your booking for inspection on request.

Ensure you follow the Covid19 playing procedures at all times ( link below)  and follow any instructions from our club representatives on arrival. Do not arrive any sooner than 20 mins before your booked tee time.

(HLSGC  Covid 19 Playing Procedures from 01/06/20 )

Please consider that the course closes at 9pm without exception and as such we will not open visitors bookings after 5pm as 18 holes can not be guaranteed.

The full timesheet ie: 7.30 am  – 7:30 pm will be subject to the club having sufficient volunteer resources to ensure all the Covid19  measures are being adopted and may change on a daily basis if key volunteer roles cannot be filled.

Your patience and understanding during this predictably busy period is welcomed.

Please ensure you fully understand the guidance to avoid disappointment.

Stay Safe !
