2023 AGM
The Annual General Meeting for year ending 30th September 2023 will be held on Monday December 11th at 19.00 hrs. Proposals for the meeting should be sent in writing to the secretary no later than 21 (Twenty-One) days prior to the meeting. (19.00 hrs Monday 20th November). Nominations for Officers and Committee members must be sent in writing to the secretary no later than (14 Fourteen) days prior to the meeting (19.00 hrs Monday 27th November). Both Proposals and Nominations must be seconded and signed by both members making any such proposals or nominations.
This meeting is for Members with Full Voting rights only.
