Members BRS On-Line Booking System Update

We have now enabled the BRS Online booking system for those members who have registered to use the system.   These members will now be able to book on line up to 28 days in advance but not for Sunday competitions.

There is no change to the normal practice of Thursday night sign up for Sunday competitions, however, the plan is to release the timesheet for on-line bookings on the Friday after sign-up, at a time to be confirmed by the Competition Secretary.    However, the timesheet release procedure will not commence until after the sign-up held on Thursday 15th November.

This system is obviously new to our golf club and we will monitor and review how things are going after 28 days and then periodically thereafter.

If you have not registered to use the BRS Online Booking System you can still do so by contacting the Pro Shop or Office and we will assist you with registration.

Members who do not wish to register for BRS Online booking will still have the opportunity to book 28 days in advance by contacting the Pro Shop or they can simply turn up to play in the normal way, however, priority will be given to those players who have pre-booked.

When you come to play golf, and to enable us to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, you will be required to report to the Pro shop during opening hours whether or not you have booked on-line.   If you have not booked, the Pro will then be able to book you onto the course if the tee is free or notify you of the next available tee-time.    By carrying out this request, the club will be able to accurately assess course usages and also in the case of an emergency be aware of the position of members on the course.

To check availability during non-shop hours we suggest you check on the BRS System if you want to ensure the tee is free before you arrive.

We thank you for your patience and support with this new procedure.
