Important information to Members:
All competition vouchers won are now entered into personal accounts held jointly by the Pro and the
Club, with monies then only paid to the Pro on submission of his invoice following a members spend
within the shop. However in order to comply with the clubs accounting procedures, the following will apply.

A:- Summer season vouchers (won between March 1st & August 31st)are valid only until September 30th
B:- Winter season vouchers (won between September 1st & February 28th)are valid only until March 31st

Vouchers won but not redeemed before the expiry date will automatically revert back to Club funds

"STARTING TIMES IN CLUB COMPETITIONS"

ALL MEMBERS ARE ADVISED THAT WHEN PLAYING A CLUB COMPETITION, THEY SHOULD ARRIVE AT THE FIRST TEE AND BE READY TO PLAY,  AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES BEFORE THEIR ALLOCATED TEE TIME.

ANYONE TEEING OFF THE FIRST TEE AND NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF GOLF, GOVERNING STARTING TIMES FOR COMPETITIONS, WILL INCUR THE APPROPRIATE PENALTY, AS INDICATED IN THE SAME.

COLLECTION OF COMPETITION CARDS

As from Sunday 19 th January 2012 , members are advised that it will be their responsibility to collect there own scorecard from the club Professional before their stipulated Tee Time as required by the rules of golf.

The club Professional will only issue a scorecard to the individual player, if the competition is a better ball, the same rule applies.
